Returns
If you’re unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us at info@jaimemckeever.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a return, exchange, or another resolution.
Refunds
Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@jaimemckeever.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
